Investment Objective: 

The Fund will use convertible securities with an average investment grade rating in seeking to provide income, long-term capital growth and capital preservation.  Convertibles are corporate securities, usually bonds or preferred stocks that can convert to shares of common stock at a stated price so they offer a steady income and the potential to participate in rising markets.  The fund’s benchmark is Merrill Lynch All ex 144A (VXN0).

Calamos Asset Management, Inc. (CAM), located in Naperville, Illinois, specializes in convertible securities management and research.  The firm was established in 1977 and currently manages $32.8 billion in assets.
